Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns of unused and unaltered hair bundles in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued after the product is inspected (refund can be a product exchange or coupon with us), minus shipping costs. Customized or opened items are not eligible for returns. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for assistance.
